FAQ

What is happening with Nexus 2020?

Originally — when Nexus was called The Ivy League Congress on Faith and Action — the conference was held once every three years. Beginning in 2016, it was moved to an annual event. Having tried that model for four years, the ministry is now re-thinking how to best help students learn to seek God wholeheartedly while also encouraging and preparing them to live out their faith in the marketplace. New initiatives are being introduced in 2020 along these lines — but this does not mean Nexus will disappear. It simply means Nexus will not be held in 2020. Decisions about future Nexus Conferences, timing, and frequency are still being considered.

Who is invited to Nexus: The Christian Union Conference on Faith and Action?
(Related: I have a friend from another university that wants to attend. Is he/she welcome?)

All undergraduate students from Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Dartmouth, Cornell, Columbia, Penn, Brown and Stanford are invited to the conference. Students from universities other than these are allowed, on a limited basis. If the conference sells out, priority will be given to students from the nine universities listed above.
